Please note that I'm playing fast and loose with canon and the timeline. I do use several canon events, but not in the right chronological order. This is also an AU insofar that Peter was never the one who was after Neal. Instead, Phillip Kramer chased and finally caught Neal, who ends up in a prison in DC. Peter was never in the picture.
