Title: Company of strangers
Author: [livejournal.com profile] marieincolour
Characters: Neal, Peter, El
Genre/pairing: Gen
Rating:
Word-count: 5000+
Spoilers: Spoilers for Neal's childhood (a little)
Disclaimer: I don't own White Collar or The Boxer (where I found the title).
A/N: I wasn't going to post this until I was done posting the chapters to my journal, but I need motivation, and this is it.
This doesn't follow the timeline in the show, and I've switched things around (and invented) to suit me. Please don't kill me.

Summary: This is an AU where Neal is a teenager, Peter arrests him, things don't go so well, and then hopefully they get better.

He thinks about old post-mortem photographs, where the only faces that appear clear are the dead ones, because the shutter takes too long for living people to stay still. That's how he feels, like everyone else is still in front of the shutter, and he's screaming his head off.

Title: The time Christmas snuck up on Neal
Author: [livejournal.com profile] marieincolour
Characters: Neal/El/Peter
Genre/pairing: Gen
Rating: G
Word-count: 1611
Summary: There's Mafia and then Santa Clause and WAR. Christmas sneaks up on Neal. Seriously. That's the plot. Rephrase that: There is no plot! This is pure teeth-rotting fluff, and I'm terribly sorry, but plot didn't happen.
Disclaimer: I don't own White Collar, I'm just borrowing. I'll put them back.

Title: Who killed Iris?
Author: [livejournal.com profile] marieincolour
Characters: Neal, Peter, El
Genre/pairing: Gen.
Rating: G.
Word-count: 2755
Spoilers: I haven't even finished the last season, so. Don't worry.
Summary: do·mes·tic·i·ty - Noun. Home or family life: "the atmosphere is one of happy domesticity".
Disclaimer: Not my character or my world, just my brain.
A/N: Written for the prompt "Blue iris", by [livejournal.com profile] ivorysilk for [livejournal.com profile] run_the_con. I don't know squat about flowers, so this is what came out. Now, as I've already managed to whinge about in a previous post on my journal, I'm at home with a cold. I call that "inspiration". This story is one of those that might only make sense in my fever-cooked brain (and there has been no beta reading). Enjoy anyway!

Read over at my journal :)

Title: If it ain't broken
Author: [livejournal.com profile] marieincolour
Genre: Hurt/comfort
Word count: 3450-ish.
Characters/pairings: Peter/Neal/El. Nothing graphic.
Warnings: Language? No spoilers.
Rating: G
Disclaimer: Not mine, only borrowing.
A/N: Hey all! *waves* What? I've written rambling, scruffy fluff in the middle of the night again, you say? Really? All right.
This is in no way meant as a handbook of how to play rugby.

Summary: There's a snow rugby match on, and Neal is roped in to play. It's not great.

"I can't fix it if I don't know what's wrong" she says, eventually

Title: Predisposed
Author: [livejournal.com profile] marieincolour
Genre: Hurt/comfort, sickfic, schmoopy-schmoop schmooperson.
Characters/pairings: Peter, Neal, El
Warnings: Language?
Rating: G
A/N: I haven't written anything in weeks that didn't revolve around Norwegian local politics in the 12th century, so. Forgive me if this is a bit rusty. I also haven't watched the last half of the newest season, so there are no spoilers, and I don't actually know what's going on on the show. 8) It's pretty much all self-indulgent sickfic all the way through, nothing too hard on the stomach. This has not been beta read, because I wrote it fifteen minutes ago. Enjoy!

Original prompt: by [livejournal.com profile] embroiderama: Neal gets sick with a high fever and goes walking outside of his radius. The US Marshals come to get him but don't realize he's sick until Peter (or another character) comes to collect him.

Name:  The longest day
Author: [livejournal.com profile] marieincolour
Rating: G
Fandom: Neal Caffrey, Peter Burke, etc.
Genre: Hurt/comfort - Gen!
Disclaimer: I don't own White Collar or any of the characters. This is simply fanfiction, and I'm not getting rich on it.
Word count: 2882
A/N: This is my contribution to the White Collar H/C Advent calendar. It's not betaed, so it's far from perfect, as English is by far my first language. It's also shameless whump and schmoop.
Summary: St. Lucia suffered her martyr's death on the 13th of December. Somehow, while trying to cough up a lung completely inconspicuously, Neal knows how she feels. Sort of.
