Neal is hurt/ill and just wants his comfort food. But he's at the Burkes and doesn't want to admit to what that is. El feeds him fancy stuff, but he just really, really wants... (Mac 'n' cheese? Ramen's noodles? Peanut and jelly sandwiches?), but is embarrassed to admit to such an 'unrefined' comfort food! (This is Neal we're talking about, after all!)
