Howdy, White Collar Hurt Comforteers!

Here’s our latest commentfic fest, and the topic is Crackfic. No prompt is too cracky this time around, folks (not that it ever was before), but this time we’re focusing on all the nuttiest fic ideas we can throw around.

Angsty high school AU? Go for it.
Hauntings? Vampires? Witchcraft? Bring it.
Neal with wings? A foregone conclusion.

AND: for this fest only, the lovely

elrhiarhodan has offered to create a White Collar Crackfic Monopoly header for ANYONE who does a color-group combo fill from the Monopoly board included above. What are the rules for that? Nothing fancy, really, just create fills – or a single fill – that encompasses all the topics of a specific color. Look – we even gave you bonus kittehs and bunnehs!

Peter and Neal are investigating at theft at a museum and the statues/artwork come to life. Does it only happen at a certain time of day. Are Peter and Neal the only ones who can talk to them. Does one of the artwork fall in love with Peter or Neal?

I already love the general idea of the prompt, but this?

I can just see some Greek statue skulking after Neal, moping because he doesn't return the statue's affection. *dies laughing* Or one of Picasso's paintings has taken a shine to Peter and talks dirty to him, and he can't stop crossing his eyes because it's really disturbing to him to see the speaking mouth on the painting's forehead and the eyes below the nose etc. Hee!

LOL. I was thinking maybe they were at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and all the mummies - are there mummies in the Egypt exhibit? I can't remember - but all the mummies fall in love with Neal and start following him around like imprinted ducklings.

OMG!!! *lols forever*

(this would seriously put a damper on Neal's love life...I don't think El would approve any moaning coming from people other than herself or her boys while they're boinking...)

And eeeeeeeee!!! I think I figured out a way to fill the "bear" square on the monopoly board! \o/

Granted, mummies are funnier, but what if a bear comes to life while Neal is in the Museum of Natural History?

(As far as the mummies go, you should totes fill that prompt! Just imagine Henri when one of the mummies follows Neal home. He'd be all "new scratching post FTW!" ... or would unravel the poor mummy, if he's anything like my male cat who loves to do the same thing with toilet paper... O_o)

And then the mummies would begin to worship Henri as their cat-god, and then there will be no living with him. Poor Nealz.

LOL! I can just see Peter's face. And I can see the statue trying to follow Neal home and he would have to keep taking it back so he doesn't get arrested for theft.

Poor Neal can never get a break, can he? "No, really, Officer, I honestly don't know how that statue got here..."

That icon makes me laugh every time I see it. :D

And yes, poor Neal. Somehow I don't think the cops are gonna buy the it walked here itself explanation. :D

So, there's no theft and no art, but...there's a museum and an investigation at night. Does that count? *g*
