Angst-a-Palooza 2012!!!

Some might argue that EVERY DAY is ANGST DAY here at the WCHC, but this topic came in second on our latest commentfic challenge poll!

Actually, it ought to have been first, as I had emotional turmoil for one category and angst for another, and aren’t they kind of the same? Anyhoodle, this fest is all about exploring the emotional hurt and upset our characters might inflict on themselves or each other.

Now, I’m not saying we can’t have some physical whump of our favorite characters this time around, but we’ll want to see their existential MAN PAIN front and center, KWIM? WOMAN PAIN too – and I don’t refer to cramps; I mean, that creepy doll of El’s has a backstory, non?

By the way, happy endings are not precluded in this fest – we can fix ‘em emotionally just like we fix ‘em physically.
