The good folks at fandomaid have put together an auction in support of the victims of Sandy, both here in the Northeastern US and in the Caribbean nations affected. I have participated in a number of these in the past, and it's a great way to raise funds doing what we all love to do: create and enjoy fanworks.

Please help in any way you can, either by participating, by bidding on works, or just by signal boosting.

ALSO: I invite anyone in the fandom who signs up to offer works to cross-post your offering on THIS post (whether you offer HC goodness or not - as long as one of your fandoms is WC). ETA: Add a reply to this post to further advertise your offering, with either the text of your offering or just the link - whatever works for you.

There are several ways to participate, either through a traditional auction-style thing where the top bidder receives your work, or the "Buy it Now" option, where you will set a minimum price/word count and folks can secure your services immediately, or a "custom request" where you can basically bribe someone to make you what you want.
