Author's Notes: Written for cookielaura's Five Acts Meme from ages ago. I used her kink “spanking” as a prompt fill for the December Edition of my Unwritten Stories Meme. And good lord, the damn story is over 4K long! *headdesk*
This is set during season 1 or 2, back when Neal regularly needed a spanking. There are no spoilers or references to canon events in this story.
