Author's Notes: Written for the whitecollarhc Crackfic Monopoly Fest, filling the “bear” square of the monopoly board. This story is based very loosely on love_82’s prompt Peter and Neal are investigating at theft at a museum and the statues/artwork come to life. Does it only happen at a certain time of day. Are Peter and Neal the only ones who can talk to them. Does one of the artwork fall in love with Peter or Neal? At least the discussion in the prompt thread with love_82 and rabidchild sent the cracky plotbunnies into overdrive. LOL!
Awesomely enough, this also fills my “attacked by a creature” square of my hurt/comfort bingo card. Hee!
