Looking for a fic

Hi! I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this here or not, but fingers crossed...

Anyways, I'm looking for a fic which I'm pretty sure was on here. Neal usually goes out jogging very early in the morning and he likes to test the limits of his anklet (he'll run until the anklet just starts beeping). But one day, he sees a car flipping over outside of his perimeter, with a woman and kids still inside. Turns out the woman had a stroke while driving. He rushes in to help, and his ankle starts beeping, thereby alerting the marshalls and Peter.
