Well, fellow Hurt Comforteers, it's Spring and the world is new, and it's time for some Comfort fics!

So let your fluff flag fly, people. Comfort food. Smoochies. Nursing someone through a bad cold. I’ll take puppies, kittens, non-con cuddling, baby monkeys riding on pigs, what have you. Let's do it!

I would like a story where Neal is stuck in a river, any river(very cold) for some reason. He's not drowning, he's just stuck and cannot get out. Maybe the anklet is caught, maybe he has a broken leg or something. He cannot get out himself. The river or creek is freezing cold. Peter is looking for him. Cannot find him. Neal + hypothermia = happiness for me!! PLEASE!!!!!!

Either Sara or Neal has an unhappy anniversary approaching (Kate's death? Emily's disappearance?). The other one knows that something is wrong, but maybe not what, specifically. Eventually they get the other one to spill, and much comfort is exchanged.

Neal and Peter had a really harrowing day, for whatever reason, and maybe one of them got a little bit shot (not a lot, but a little) or they both ended up a bit little worse for wear. Everyone ends up back at Chez Burke, taking care of each other, and maybe once the boys fall asleep, Sara and El bond a bit.

Neal, crying during a massage

A really great massage can make some people cry. Someone (preferences for Peter, El, or Sara) gives Neal a massage (maybe he pulled a muscle or just not feeling very well - reason is up to the author) and he starts to cry. Neal is really embarrassed, but it somehow leads to greater intimacy between him and the person giving him the massage.

I would also of love to see a version of this with Peter or Sara being the one to cry, so feel free to take liberties.

The thing with Peter's arrest got cleared, and Peter was released. However, Neal blames himself for all that happened. Peter and El try to talk him out of it. Gen preferred.

Peter and Neal go to a stake-out ot other work-related thing to amusement park. After the work is done, Neal pestering Peter to "take just a one little ride while we're here?" (Or Neal has a rough couple of days and Peter decides to cheer him up like that - your choice). And somehow they are spending the rest of the day trying every single attraction - rollercoasters, bumpers cars, ferris wheels etc - and having a damn good time (though Peter won't admit it out loud:-D).

Peter finds out that drugged/drunk/delirious Neal is really fond of snuggling. Peter has no choice as to go with it (and secretly thinks it's adorable but will never admit it to anyone) Don't want drugging to be dangerous/life-threatening - just enough to make Neal happy, if very insisting, snuggler.

I want to see Neal and Elizabeth comforting each other in Peter's absence. I don't want blame or recriminations - there's plenty of that already and hell, I'll prolly write some myself. ETA: Angst on Neal's part is totes OK, tho.

I just want them supporting each other either in the context of an established poly relationship (threesome or a Peter/El open marriage - it's up to you).
