I adore our smart, smart men--their quick brains and their swift decisions that save the day, but I also like it when they can pare down to their genuine emotions. Neal's need to be of use to Peter--his need to be needed--was very touching. I feel confident that, in this--as in all things, Peter will strive to be a good roll model for Neal, mindful of how important it is to walk the walk if you're going to talk the talk.
Thank you for bridging the gap between where we are now--waiting!--and the season opener!

Yes, you put it well, Neal needs to be needed. And for once, Peter is the one who needs help. Not easy for any of them, but interesting twist of perspective.
