A/N: Written for the prompt "Blue iris", by ivorysilk for run_the_con. I don't know squat about flowers, so this is what came out. Now, as I've already managed to whinge about in a previous post on my journal, I'm at home with a cold. I call that "inspiration". This story is one of those that might only make sense in my fever-cooked brain (and there has been no beta reading). Enjoy anyway!
