Summary: Neal does not always understand everyone all the time. And there are still rules he has to learn.

A/N2: This is part of my Riddle!Verse in which there is wee!Neal. This is only one of the possible continuations of the story. While its not totally necessary to read The Riddle, this story would make more sense and mean more if you did.

I adore this series but I got to tell you, this story in and of itself is a triumph. You are so into Neal's make-up as a child, it's just so believable, how what he was became what he is as well as these changes in him and his confusion about "the rules". Totally, totally amazing.
